Refund Policy:
Donors wishing to request a refund may do so within one month of their donation date, provided they can present proper evidence to support their request. However, if the donation was designated for a specific project that has been implemented within that month, a refund cannot be issued. For general donations, a refund can be requested within one month as long as the funds have not been allocated to a specific project that has already been implemented. Once a project is underway, refunds will no longer be available. Additionally, refunds for Qurbani donations can be requested up to seven days before the event; no refunds will be granted within the six days leading up to Qurbani. Proper evidence must always accompany refund requests.

When you post content or submit material to this site (including but not limited to photographs and testimonials), you grant the Al-Falah Welfare Foundation and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display that content globally in any media.
